/do - displays RP chat message, (example: [DO]
/announce - displays announcement (Everyone can use this) (Example: [Announcement] Selling Lamborgini Aventador on postal 309
If u dont want announce to be available to everyone you need to configure it YOURSELF, i made it as a announcement command for everyone, something like "Public Announcement". Its also used for RP scenes, for example: "[ANNOUNCEMENT] Selling W**d on postal 857!"
